TETRADYN is my company. You can read a lot about the business, the products, the technologies we have developed, and where we are going as a company, right here on this website. If you are at this page, it's probably because you have an interest in working for us. Maybe we've talked, or corresponded, or you have answered a job posting, or maybe you simply found this website, but in all likelihood you are looking for a better job and you believe you have good skills, good character, energy, commitment, and the ability to produce high-quality results whether that is on the shop floor or in the lab or office.

OK. I and my partners are trying to move things forward as quickly as possible, and also get things done with a shortage of time, people, and money. I am going to lay out some facts, some realities about our company and also the context in which we all are - you and I, you and this company, and others as well - with respect to our present Economy. I'm going to tell you what's possible, what's not, and what I think we can accomplish. It's all in a few pages that you can download and read here, and it's as clear and simple as I can tell it.

I am giving you here a short document that will save a lot of time in first-explanations by phone or email. This explains a very concrete mechanism that can help some of you to get jobs "sooner than later" with TETRADYN, if all works out well with respect to what we can offer, what you can do, how things mesh and match as far as skills and personalities and interests go.

There's nothing strange or extraordinary about any of this. If you are the right person for the job, whatever that turns out to be, and we can hire you, then we proceed through interviews and all the traditional stuff. Then, if everything works out, you are working and we are producing and our Team grows by ones and twos and becomes a place that wins awards as "Best Place to Work, Year after Year" and we are all happy campers.
