In addition to other remarks (including those copied below) the following must be understood by all persons doing business with or contemplating business, employment, financial, or other legal relationships with TETRADYN, TETRAD Dynamics por any of the companies related to each other by ownership or contractual relations.

As the founder and present sole owner of all these enterprises, I, Martin Joseph Dudziak, want to first of all make a humble and sincere apology to anyone for inconveniences, anxieties, or worries that may be brought upon our enterprise, and our relationships, by certain disturbed and aggressive individuals. This is no different than were I to be a top manager of an office, factory, school or other enterprise, and then to find that one or more of my staff, students, employees, or visitors was harmed in any way by a violent attacker. I would feel personal responsibility even if I were remiss of any wrongdoing in the eyes of any court or society in general. That is simply my personality, and my code of honor.

Now, in the autumn of 2009, I listed to some individuals who cliamed to have remarkable skills, abilities, connections, and funding potential for this enterprise, not only TETRADYN but non-profit institutions such as the Institute for Innovative Study. I accepted their words and claims, and I allowed them to represent my company publicly. They performed poorly and made gross misrepresentations, claims, and offers to many companies and persons.

in February, 2010, it became clear to me and others that actions were being performed that were to the detriment of the company and members of its staff including myself and members of my family. The details of their actions are not being disclosed here. However, recently, as of 2.March.2010, I have received a variety of threats and claims by one Jerry Obermoller.

Mr. Jerry Obermoller fraudulently claims to be an officer and/or owner of TETRADYN Applied Bio Cyber Sciences, Inc., a private corporation that was created under my management and direction, and he offered to be the registered agent. TETRADYN Applied Bio Cyber Sciences, Inc. is totally owned, at present, and by definite agreements documented and witnessed, by TETRADYN (TETRAD Dynamics).

Mr. Jerry Obermoller is not authorized, nor allowed, nor entitled, to represent anything connected with TETRADYN and its products, services, technologies, or business.

Anyone doing business with "TETRADYN Applied Bio Cyber Sciences, Inc." or with any entitty that claims to have rights, entitlements, or ownership of any property or assets, tangible or intangible, connected with any of the work of TETRADYN, Martin Dudziak, and his team of scientists, engineers, and business associates, is warned that they may be subject to criminal investigation and legal prosecution.

I do not like having to make these strong-worded statements. However, I and my family members and my professional associates and are work have come under unconscionable attack and threat by one or more persons who are, in my opinion, trying to steal what is not theirs, and to do damage, which moreover can have grave negative consequences for many people since our work can truly help people, if we are unimpeded by persons motivatred by greed, avarice, conceit, and other mental disturbances.

I am sorry to have to write such strong language and to give you, the reader, any cause for concern. However, you should be advised to deal with the real TETRAD and TETRADYN, the real people who have done the real work, and not to fall prey to the equivalent of a "Nigerian internet scam."
